We install it in single rooms, whole homes and condos. - [Laminate](https://www.rauenfloor.com/laminate-flooring/): Laminate gives you a realistic wood look for less. It fits bedrooms, living rooms and upstairs floors that stay dry. - [Hardwood & engineered wood](https://www.rauenfloor.com/hardwood-flooring/): Solid and engineered hardwood installed glue-down or floating, over concrete slabs or plywood. - [Removal & leveling](https://www.rauenfloor.com/floor-removal-and-leveling/): Tile, carpet, laminate or glued-down vinyl: we take it up and get the slab flat and ready for the new floor. - [Condo installs](https://www.rauenfloor.com/condo-flooring/): Most condo associations in Southwest Florida have rules for hard floors above the ground floor: sound-rated underlayment, tear-out to the slab, an inspection and certificates of insurance. We install to those rules. - [Rentals & listings](https://www.rauenfloor.com/rental-turnovers/): Carpet-to-vinyl conversions and quick floor replacements between tenants or before a listing, with one point of contact and photos when the job is done. ## Recent projects (real jobs, with before-and-after photos) - [Carpet and tile out, one floor in](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/carpet-and-tile-to-one-floor/) (2023): A whole house of worn carpet and ceramic tile replaced with one continuous vinyl plank floor. - [Painted stairs to vinyl plank, bullnose and all](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/painted-stairs-to-vinyl-plank/) (2026): Black-painted treads with stick-on carpet pads rebuilt with vinyl plank treads, matching stair nose and white risers. - [Carpeted stairs to walnut treads](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/carpeted-stairs-to-walnut/) (2026): Carpet and pad pulled down to the plywood, then dark walnut treads with crisp white risers. - [Warm oak treads with white risers](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/warm-oak-stairs/) (2026): A long straight staircase and landing finished in warm oak vinyl plank. - [Waterfront home after Hurricane Ian](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/waterfront-home-after-ian/) (2022): A flooded canal-front home re-floored in gray waterproof plank while the rebuild was underway. - [Light oak plank through an open floor plan](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/open-floor-plan-light-oak/) (2026): Living room, kitchen, dining and halls in one light oak vinyl plank. - [Bedrooms, closets and a great room](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/bedrooms-closets-great-room/) (2026): Light oak plank in the bedrooms, walk-in closets, halls and great room. - [Warm brown plank across the second floor](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/second-floor-warm-brown/) (2026): Bedrooms and hallways upstairs in a warm brown vinyl plank. - [Upstairs floors and a matching staircase](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/upstairs-and-staircase/) (2023): Second-floor bedrooms, hall and the staircase in one warm oak plank. - [Light oak upstairs and stairs](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/light-oak-upstairs-and-stairs/) (2023): A light oak plank for the upstairs rooms and both flights of a split staircase. - [Open living area in warm oak](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/warm-oak-living-area/) (2023): Living room, dining area and halls in a warm oak vinyl plank. - [Kitchen and family room](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/kitchen-and-family-room/) (2023): A two-tone oak vinyl plank through the kitchen, family room and front hall. - [Stone-look vinyl tile in the kitchen](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/stone-look-vinyl-tile-kitchen/) (2023): Large-format luxury vinyl tile in the kitchen and wood-look plank in the bedroom next door. - [Hickory-look plank, kitchen to bedrooms](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/hickory-plank-kitchen-to-bedrooms/) (2024): Kitchen, laundry, hallway and bedrooms in a hickory-look vinyl plank. - [Bedroom refresh in laminate and rustic plank](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/bedroom-refresh/) (2024): Guest bedrooms in a brown laminate and a rustic dark vinyl plank. - [Light coastal plank for bedrooms](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/light-coastal-plank/) (2024): Pale, beachy vinyl plank in bedrooms and a walk-in closet. - [Office: carpet out, sheet vinyl in](https://www.rauenfloor.com/our-work/office-carpet-to-sheet-vinyl/) (2019): Commercial carpet removed and replaced with seamless sheet vinyl in an office suite. ## Company - [About Sandro and Fabiana Rauen](https://www.rauenfloor.com/about/) - [Service areas](https://www.rauenfloor.com/service-areas/): Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres - [Get a free quote](https://www.rauenfloor.com/quote/) ## Optional - [Full details: services, FAQs and project write-ups](https://www.rauenfloor.com/llms-full.txt) - [Plain-text fact sheet](https://www.rauenfloor.com/about.txt)
