Meet the family behind Rauen Floor
Rauen Floor is Sandro and Fabiana Rauen, a husband-and-wife team. Since 2017 we’ve installed vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood and staircases in homes, condos and offices across Lee and Collier counties, including homes rebuilt after Hurricane Ian.
Installation is what we do best. You’re welcome to pick out your flooring wherever you find the best price, or we’re happy to help you choose. Either way, the two of us come out to measure, and we’re the same two people who do the work in your home.
When you call or text, you’ll be talking with one of us.
What we care about
The prep you don’t see
Tearing out to a clean slab, leveling the low spots and using the right underlayment. It’s what keeps a floor from clicking and separating later.
Details you do see
Straight rows down long hallways, tight cuts at door jambs and cabinets, and a matching stair nose on every step.
Prices in writing
Removal, leveling, trim and stairs on their own lines, so you know what you’re paying for before we start.
Covered
We’re insured, including workers’ comp, and can send a certificate to your association or property manager.
