Condo flooring, installed to your association’s rules
Most condo associations in Southwest Florida have rules for hard floors above the ground floor: sound-rated underlayment, tear-out to the slab, an inspection and certificates of insurance. We install to those rules.

A spec sheet showing the underlayment’s sound ratings, a product sample, a sketch of the rooms, and insurance certificates naming the association and management company. We help you put that package together.
Plan around the season
Many buildings only allow renovation during certain months, and board approval can take weeks. Starting the paperwork early holds your spot on the calendar.

Questions people ask
My condo has flooring rules. Can you meet them?
Yes. Send us your association’s flooring rules or approval form. We’ll recommend an underlayment that meets the sound ratings, give you the spec sheets for the board, and provide insurance certificates for the association.
Are you insured?
Yes, including workers’ comp. We can send a certificate of insurance to you, your association or your property manager.
Can you install flooring I already bought?
Yes. Many of our customers buy their plank at Floor & Decor, Lowe’s, Home Depot or a flooring warehouse and hire us for the install. If you haven’t bought yet, we’ll tell you how much to order and what trim and stair nose you’ll need.
